Their existing setup relied on a WordPress website with multiple plugins to handle ecommerce, users, and workflows. As the business grew, this approach became difficult to manage and could not support company-level customization, budgets, or approval flows in a reliable way.
The goal was to move away from a plugin-driven CMS and build a centralized system designed specifically for how CD Uniforms operates.
